Tell us your name, company name, the property size, address and the number of apartments that have 1, 1.5, 2 or 2.5 bathrooms. We also need to know if there is a hot water heater in every unit and if there is a single shut-off for the whole apartment.

If you wish to recover gas heating or boiler heating cost, tell us how heat is delivered to each apartment (baseboard, radiators, fan coil, heat-pump or furnace. And tell us how many thermostats there are in each apartment, along with monthly gas, fuel or steam costs for a year. If you want to recover cooling costs from a central chiller, we need the number of fan coils per apartment and your monthly electric bill for 12 months.
