Utility Submetering Leader Captures Journal
of Property Management “Readers Choice Award”

Management’s 2003 “Readers’ Choice Survey” published
in the December issue.
The results were taken from a survey published in JPM’s October issue
and weighed a variety of factors including product quality, customer service
and ease of doing business. In all there were 12 categories of real estate
management product and service suppliers. Wellspring took the top spot in the “energy/environmental” bracket.
